What happens after I book?

You receive confirmation of the reservation, followed by the practical arrival and access information needed for your stay.

Are the homes suitable for families and longer stays?

Yes. Both are private family homes with full kitchens, laundry facilities and multiple spaces for relaxing. Beach Road House sleeps up to eight; Cochrane House sleeps up to six.

Can we stay during insurance repairs or mould remediation?

Yes. Both homes are suited to temporary accommodation while your usual residence undergoes mould rectification, water-damage repairs, fire restoration or other insured refurbishment works.
